This is a fully remote contractor role requiring proficiency in any programming language along with solid JSON and SQL skills. Role Overview
In this role, you will validate large-scale training datasets, structure JSON-based function-calling workflows, and collaborate with AI researchers to ensure data quality and alignment with agentic AI requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Validate large-scale training datasets and uphold strict quality standards.
- Create, manipulate, and structure JSON tasks for function-calling workflows.
- Collaborate with AI researchers to align datasets with agentic AI use cases.
- Monitor data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across projects.
- Contribute to documentation and best practices for dataset preparation and validation.
Requirements
- Proficiency in Python, JavaScript, Java, or any other programming language for data handling and automation.
- Solid understanding of SQL for querying and managing datasets.
- Strong knowledge of JSON structure and handling.
- Exceptional attention to detail with a focus on data quality.
- Interest in or exposure to agentic AI, LLMs, or NLP.
- Bonus: Experience with data annotation tools or prompt engineering for Agent AI.
Engagement Details
- Commitment: Minimum 20 hrs/week (options: 20, 30, or 40 hrs/week); 4-hour daily overlap with PST required.
- Type: Contractor (no medical/paid leave benefits).
- Duration: 1 month, adjustable based on engagement.

Evaluation Process (~60 mins)
- Automated coding challenge in any programming language (30–45 mins).
- Function calling MCQ test (30 mins).
