Role Overview

In this role, you will validate large-scale training datasets, structure JSON-based function-calling workflows, and collaborate with AI researchers to ensure data quality and alignment with agentic AI requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Validate large-scale training datasets and uphold strict quality standards.
  • Create, manipulate, and structure JSON tasks for function-calling workflows.
  • Collaborate with AI researchers to align datasets with agentic AI use cases.
  • Monitor data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across projects.
  • Contribute to documentation and best practices for dataset preparation and validation.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in Python, JavaScript, Java, or any other programming language for data handling and automation.
  • Solid understanding of SQL for querying and managing datasets.
  • Strong knowledge of JSON structure and handling.
  • Exceptional attention to detail with a focus on data quality.
  • Interest in or exposure to agentic AI, LLMs, or NLP.
  • Bonus: Experience with data annotation tools or prompt engineering for Agent AI.

Engagement Details

  • Commitment: Minimum 20 hrs/week (options: 20, 30, or 40 hrs/week); 4-hour daily overlap with PST required.
  • Type: Contractor (no medical/paid leave benefits).
  • Duration: 1 month, adjustable based on engagement.
  • Eligible Locations: India, Pakistan, Nigeria, Kenya, Egypt, Ghana, Bangladesh, Turkey, Brazil, Mexico.

Evaluation Process (~60 mins)

  • Automated coding challenge in any programming language (30–45 mins).
  • Function calling MCQ test (30 mins).
