LLM S3 Annotator (OpenClaw Trajectory Specialist) | Contractor | Remote (India, Brazil, Mexico & more)

Turing is seeking highly analytical professionals to join as S3 Annotators, producing and validating advanced OpenClaw trajectories for research-oriented AI training tasks. This is a short-term contract role (5 weeks) ideal for data scientists, researchers, or engineers with strong Python skills and experience in agentic or LLM-based workflows.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

  • Create and validate OpenClaw trajectories for complex, research-oriented tasks
  • Work on data analysis, web research, and document synthesis tasks
  • Operate under ambiguous or underspecified goals, making logical and defensible decisions
  • Use Python (notebooks and scripts) for data processing, automation, and analysis
  • Execute workflows spanning multiple tools, environments, and applications
  • Clearly document what actions were taken and why
  • Review and improve trajectory quality for reasoning depth and correctness
  • Collaborate with teams to refine evaluation standards and annotation frameworks

Requirements

  • Background in research, data science, engineering, or a related field (academic or industry)
  • 5+ years of experience with Python and Bash, including notebooks and data wrangling
  • Experience with OpenClaw or similar advanced agentic environments
  • Familiarity with web research, scraping tools, or data analysis workflows
  • Ability to clearly articulate reasoning behind decisions and steps taken
  • Experience managing multi-step workflows across tools or platforms
  • Exposure to LLM-based tools, AI systems, or agentic workflows

Nice to Have

  • Academic research experience (thesis, publications, or lab work)
  • Familiarity with evaluation methodologies or experimental design
  • Experience in AI evaluation, RLHF, or advanced annotation workflows

Contract Details

  • Duration: 5 weeks (starting next week)
  • Commitment: Minimum 20 hours/week (at least 4 hrs/day with 4-hour PST overlap)
  • Type: Contractor — does not include medical or paid leave benefits
  • Location: Remote — open to candidates in India, Brazil, Mexico, Pakistan, Bangladesh, Kenya, Egypt, Nigeria, Ghana, and Turkey
