Logistics & Supply Chain Specialist | $40–50/hr | Worldwide Remote

We are seeking an experienced Logistics & Supply Chain Management Specialist to support operations within the skilled trades and construction sector. This is a contractor role ideal for a detail-oriented professional with a strong background in end-to-end supply chain coordination.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee logistics operations to ensure timely and accurate delivery of materials and equipment
• Prepare, review, and maintain packing lists and bills of lading for all shipments
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory registers to support project planning and procurement
• Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams to optimize supply chain efficiency
• Identify and resolve logistics bottlenecks or discrepancies in a timely manner

Required Skills & Experience

• Proven experience in logistics and supply chain management
• Proficiency in handling shipping documentation including packing lists and bills of lading
• Strong inventory management skills and familiarity with inventory tracking systems
• Background in skilled trades or construction environments is highly preferred
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
