M&A Attorney | $80–105/hr | Worldwide Remote

We are seeking an experienced Mergers & Acquisitions Attorney to join our legal team on a contract basis. This role is ideal for a seasoned legal professional with deep expertise in transactional law, contract negotiations, and deal structuring.

Key Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate Asset Purchase Agreements (APAs) and Stock Purchase Agreements (SPAs)
• Lead and manage complex M&A transactions from initiation through closing
• Conduct thorough contract redlining and provide clear, actionable legal commentary
• Advise on deal structure, risk mitigation, and regulatory compliance
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external counsel to drive transactions forward efficiently

Required Skills & Experience

• Proven experience in Mergers & Acquisitions law
• Strong proficiency with APAs and SPAs
• Expert-level contract negotiation and redlining skills
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment with minimal supervision
• J.D. from an accredited law school and active bar membership required
