M&A Attorney | $90–150/hr | Worldwide Remote

We are seeking an experienced Mergers & Acquisitions Attorney to join our legal team on a contract basis. This is a fully remote opportunity ideal for a seasoned legal professional with deep expertise in corporate transactions, contract law, and M&A deal structuring.

Key Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial and transactional contracts
• Perform detailed contract redlining and provide clear, actionable legal guidance
• Support mergers and acquisitions transactions from due diligence through closing
• Identify and mitigate legal risks associated with deal structures and contractual obligations
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external counsel to ensure smooth transaction execution

Required Skills

• Contract Negotiations – Proven ability to negotiate complex agreements effectively
• Contract Drafting – Strong command of legal language and transactional documentation
• Contract Redlining – Experience reviewing and marking up contracts with precision
• Mergers & Acquisitions – Solid background in M&A deal processes and corporate law
