MICRO1 is seeking a highly experienced Mergers & Acquisitions Attorney with a BigLaw background to join a dynamic legal team on a contract basis. This is a fully remote opportunity ideal for a seasoned corporate law professional ready to tackle complex M&A transactions and deliver exceptional legal counsel.

Key Responsibilities

• Advise on and execute complex mergers, acquisitions, and corporate transactions
• Conduct thorough legal research and due diligence across multidisciplinary matters
• Collaborate with cross-functional and remote teams to support deal execution
• Provide guidance on private equity transactions and related corporate structures
• Support litigation matters as needed within the M&A context
• Ensure quality assurance across all legal documentation and deliverables

Required Skills & Experience

• Proven expertise in Mergers & Acquisitions and corporate law
• Background at a recognized BigLaw firm
• Experience with private equity transactions and deal structures
• Strong legal research and analytical capabilities
• Comfortable working in a remote, collaborative environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

This is a contractor role offering competitive hourly compensation between $140 and $400 per hour, depending on experience and scope of work.
