Join a leading AI lab's GenAI team as a Management Consulting Subject Matter Expert (SME), where your deep domain knowledge will directly shape the development of cutting-edge Large Language Models. This is a W-2 contract role through Cincinnatus LLC, placing you within an elite AI research team working on foundational model training.

Key Responsibilities

• Guide research teams in closing knowledge gaps and improving AI model performance across Management Consulting and Corporate Strategy topics.
• Create and maintain precise annotation standards tailored to consulting frameworks and problem-solving methodologies.
• Develop detailed rubrics and evaluation frameworks to assess strategic reasoning, case analysis, and advisory judgment.
• Evaluate consulting tasks and solutions, providing clear, structured written feedback.
• Collaborate with fellow subject matter experts to ensure consistency and accuracy across AI training data.

Core Qualifications

• 10+ years of professional experience in Management Consulting or Corporate Strategy at a top-tier firm (e.g., McKinsey, BCG, Bain, Deloitte, PwC, EY, KPMG, Accenture, Oliver Wyman, Kearney, Roland Berger, LEK, Strategy&, or equivalent in-house Fortune 500 strategy function).
• Demonstrable career progression (e.g., Analyst → Consultant → Engagement Manager or Partner-track equivalent).
• Deep expertise in a core consulting practice: strategy, operations, M&A, digital transformation, or financial advisory.
• Availability of at least 20 hours/week during weekdays.
• Strong verbal and written communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
