What you'll do
Help train and evaluate AI agents on realistic management and strategy consulting tasks based on professional work in mainland China. Build workspaces and files, write prompts, and create grading rubrics.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in management or strategy consulting.
- Native or fluent Mandarin Chinese.
- A degree from a top-20 university in mainland China.
- Experience with market entry, operations, and growth strategy for companies operating in China.
Pay and schedule
$60 per hour, approximately 21 hours per week. The pilot runs from October 23 to November 19.
