Join a specialized AI data project as a Language Alignment & Resource Partner (LARP), providing native-level Mandarin linguistic quality assurance and cultural consultation. Your expertise will directly shape the accuracy, naturalness, and cultural integrity of AI-generated language outputs.

Project Deliverables

• Data Annotation & Review: Evaluate and annotate AI outputs for grammatical accuracy, natural phrasing, and cultural appropriateness in Mandarin.
• Quality Assurance: Serve as a primary quality checkpoint during production, identifying and correcting subtle cultural errors or unnatural language patterns.
• Resource Development: Analyze quality trends and create structured educational resources and feedback documentation to improve AI alignment with campaign goals.
• Linguistic Consultation: Provide native-level vetting support during project scaling and offer specialized language guidance throughout the production phase.

Required Expertise

• Background in linguistics, education, or a field requiring strong attention to linguistic detail.
• Hands-on experience in human data evaluation or annotation.
• Verified Mandarin proficiency at C1 or C2 level.
• Ability to transform raw feedback and quality trends into clear, actionable educational materials.
• A meticulous eye for subtle unnatural phrasing in native Mandarin.
