Turing is seeking experienced manufacturing and operations professionals to help shape the future of AI by creating high-quality, real-world prompts and evaluation tasks for frontier AI models. This is a short-term contract opportunity (~2 weeks) with potential for extension.

Role Overview:

We are looking for manufacturing and operations domain experts with 5+ years of experience to create realistic, profession-based prompts and tasks. Your work will be used to evaluate how well AI models handle day-to-day scenarios in manufacturing, production, and supply chain environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create realistic, first-person prompts based on actual job workflows
• Design tasks that reflect real-world manufacturing and operations scenarios
• Select and incorporate relevant public data and documents as input files
• Ensure prompts are clear, specific, and accurately aligned to the occupation
• Review tasks for accuracy, completeness, and real-world relevance

Requirements:

• Degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations, or a related field
• Strong, hands-on understanding of real-world workflows in your profession
• Ability to convert complex work scenarios into structured, high-quality prompts
