Manufacturing Specialist – AI Trainer | $10–30/hr | Remote (US)

We are seeking experienced Manufacturing Specialists to contribute their industry expertise to an AI benchmark evaluation project. In this freelance role, you will design evaluation tasks, craft realistic prompts, and develop scoring rubrics that help train and refine AI models handling complex manufacturing and industrial workflows.

Project Deliverables

• Task & Prompt Creation: Develop realistic, high-quality prompts that challenge AI models to produce professional-grade outputs related to manufacturing operations, production planning, supply chain management, and quality assurance.
• Rubric Development: Write clear, structured evaluation rubrics with specific, objective, and easily scorable criteria.
• Benchmark Data Generation: Produce clean, reliable training data to support the evaluation and refinement of AI models in industrial and manufacturing contexts.
• Quality Assurance & Fact-Checking: Ensure all tasks and scoring criteria align with real-world industrial standards, safety regulations, and production methodologies.

Required Expertise

• Demonstrated professional experience in manufacturing, industrial engineering, supply chain, or production management.
• Strong writing and prompt generation skills with the ability to design complex, realistic manufacturing scenarios.
• Proficiency in creating objective, non-ambiguous rubrics and scoring criteria.
• Meticulous attention to detail when fact-checking technical content, production metrics, and safety protocols.
