We are seeking a skilled Manufacturing Specialist with hands-on expertise in CNC machining and CAM programming to join our team on a contract basis. This is a fully remote opportunity ideal for experienced professionals in the skilled trades and construction domain.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize CAM toolpaths and CNC programs for manufacturing operations
• Utilize Fusion 360 for design, simulation, and manufacturing workflows
• Collaborate with engineering and production teams to ensure quality and efficiency
• Troubleshoot CNC machine issues and recommend process improvements
• Maintain documentation for manufacturing processes and specifications

Required Skills

• CNC Machining – Proficient in programming and operating CNC equipment
• CAM Software – Strong experience with computer-aided manufacturing tools
• Fusion 360 – Hands-on experience with design and manufacturing modules
• Manufacturing Processes – Deep understanding of skilled trades and production workflows
