Marketing Documents Specialist (German) | $10–55/hr | Worldwide Remote

We are looking for a detail-oriented Marketing Documents Specialist with German language proficiency to support our marketing team in creating, formatting, and managing professional marketing documentation. This is a fully remote contractor role offering flexible engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Create, format, and maintain high-quality marketing documents and materials
• Develop and edit presentations, reports, and supporting collateral using Microsoft Office tools
• Ensure accuracy and consistency across all marketing documentation in both English and German
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to produce polished, on-brand materials
• Organize and manage document libraries and version control

Required Skills

• German language proficiency (written and spoken)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft PowerPoint
• Experience in marketing documentation and content creation
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
