We are seeking a detail-oriented and bilingual Marketing Documents Specialist with proficiency in Chinese to support the creation, formatting, and management of marketing materials. This is a flexible contractor role ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, document-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Create, edit, and format professional marketing documents using Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Develop and maintain marketing documentation in both English and Chinese
• Collaborate with marketing teams to ensure accuracy and consistency across all materials
• Translate or localize marketing content for Chinese-speaking audiences
• Organize and manage document libraries to ensure easy access and version control

Required Skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Strong Chinese language proficiency (written and/or spoken)
• Experience in marketing documentation and content creation
