We are looking for a skilled Marketing Documents Specialist with French language proficiency to support the creation, formatting, and management of professional marketing materials. This is a flexible contractor role ideal for someone with a strong command of Microsoft Office tools and a background in marketing communications.

Key Responsibilities

• Create, edit, and format marketing documents, presentations, and reports
• Develop and maintain content in both English and French
• Design polished presentations using Microsoft PowerPoint
• Organize and manage data and tracking sheets in Microsoft Excel
• Draft and refine written marketing materials using Microsoft Word
• Ensure consistency, accuracy, and brand alignment across all documents

Required Skills
