Marketing Manager – AI Trainer | Contractor | Remote (US & LATAM)
Turing is seeking experienced Marketing Managers to join as Senior AI Trainers, helping shape the next generation of AI systems by applying real-world marketing expertise to complex training tasks. This is a short-term contract engagement (up to 9 weeks) requiring a minimum of 4 hours per day with overlap during PST hours.

Role Overview
As a Senior AI Trainer, you will create, evaluate, and refine complex marketing scenarios covering strategy, segmentation, positioning, campaign planning, channel optimization, performance measurement, and budget allocation. Your expert judgment will help AI systems deliver accurate, practical, and commercially relevant marketing recommendations across diverse markets.
Requirements
- Experience: 3–15 years in brand, product, growth, or integrated marketing with demonstrated strategic ownership and leadership.
- Campaign Execution: Hands-on experience with cross-channel programs including paid media, email/lifecycle, social, content, partnerships, and offline channels.
- GTM Strategy: Proven track record in brand positioning, customer segmentation, and go-to-market execution for product launches and growth initiatives.
- Analytics: Strong ability to track performance, run experiments, analyze customer insights, and apply attribution models to measure ROI.
- Operations: Experience managing budgets, timelines, and cross-functional workflows with sales, product, and content teams.
Responsibilities
- Produce high-quality expert tasks and solutions aligned to established quality standards.
- Incorporate calibration feedback from senior reviewers and iterate accordingly.
- Apply rubric standards set by the Functional SME Lead.
Education
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in any field.
- Prior experience in AI evaluation, data annotation, or quality assurance is a plus but not required.
Engagement Details
- Type: Contractor
- Duration: Up to 9 weeks
- Hours: Minimum 4 hours/day, up to 40 hours/week, with 4 hours of PST overlap required.
