Mathematics Teacher Expert | $45–$80/hr | Worldwide Remote | Async Contract

AFTERQUERY is seeking experienced mathematics teachers to help shape the future of artificial intelligence. In this role, you will design and build math instruction scenarios used by frontier AI labs to evaluate and improve model judgment and reasoning capabilities.

This is a fully remote, asynchronous position with weekly pay — ideal for educators looking to contribute meaningfully to AI development on a flexible schedule.

What You'll Do

• Create high-quality mathematical instruction scenarios and problem sets used to benchmark AI model performance
• Craft clear, well-reasoned written explanations of mathematical concepts across a range of difficulty levels
• Collaborate asynchronously with a team focused on advancing AI evaluation standards

Requirements

• Ability to commit a minimum of 10 hours per week
• Valid teaching license or certification with a mathematics endorsement
• 2+ years of classroom mathematics teaching experience
• Strong command of mathematics from foundational numeracy through advanced coursework
• Excellent written English skills for communicating mathematical reasoning clearly and precisely
