MICRO1 is seeking a highly skilled MCP Expert with deep software engineering expertise to join our team on a contract basis. This role is ideal for a seasoned developer who thrives in complex codebases and delivers high-quality, performant solutions across multiple languages.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement new features and enhancements across existing projects
• Identify, diagnose, and resolve bugs efficiently

Required Skills

• Languages: Python 3, Java, Rust, TypeScript, C++ (fundamentals)
• Strong foundation in algorithms and data structures
• Proven experience in bug fixing, feature implementation, and codebase refactoring
• Demonstrated ability to drive performance optimization in production environments

Compensation

$60–$120/hr, depending on experience and expertise.
