Medical Admin Insight Survey | $42 Fixed | Remote (US Only)

Mercor is looking for qualified US-based Medical Administrative professionals to participate in a brief, one-time paid insight study. This is a straightforward remote engagement — complete a 30–45 minute survey and earn a fixed $42 payment upon verified submission.

What You'll Do

• Complete a 30–45 minute survey consisting of audio responses and multiple-choice questions
• Share accurate insights based on your administrative experience in a healthcare setting
• Submit all materials securely before the deadline via a verified platform (one submission per person)

Who Should Apply

You must meet all of the following criteria:

• Employment status: Employed full-time, part-time, or self-employed
• Organization type: Must work at a healthcare provider organization (e.g., hospital, medical group, clinic, or behavioral health facility) — not a third-party vendor
• Role: Administrative staff such as Office Manager, Billing, or Credentialing — director and executive-level roles are excluded
• Insurance involvement: Your practice must serve patients covered by at least one of the following insurers at ≥10% of your patient base: Aetna, Cigna, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Elevance Health/Anthem, Centene, Kaiser, Humana, or UnitedHealthcare

Exclusions

• RNs, Nurses, and Doctors are not eligible
• Applicants located in Maine or Vermont are not eligible

Engagement Details

• Duration: One-time, 30–45 minutes
• Deadline: Monday, March 16th, End of Day PST
• Compensation: $42 fixed payment upon verified completion
