Medical Assistant Expert | $40–50/hr | Worldwide Remote

AfterQuery is looking for certified Medical Assistant Experts to help shape the future of healthcare AI. In this flexible, fully remote contractor role, you will design and evaluate clinical scenarios used to train and refine AI models — ensuring they can accurately interpret and apply real-world medical assisting principles.

Your hands-on clinical expertise will serve as the foundation for building smarter, more reliable AI healthcare tools that make a tangible difference in the industry.

What You'll Do

• Design and develop clinical reasoning challenges for AI training modules
• Evaluate and refine healthcare scenarios to test AI accuracy and practical application
• Apply your knowledge of medical assisting — both clinical and administrative — to ensure realistic, high-quality content
• Help bridge the gap between frontline clinical practice and cutting-edge AI solutions

Required Qualifications

• Active Medical Assistant certification (CMA, RMA, CCMA, or equivalent) in good standing
• Completion of an accredited Medical Assistant program or equivalent training
• Proven experience in clinical practice with a strong understanding of medical assisting responsibilities across clinical and administrative functions
• Exceptional analytical, written, and verbal communication skills with a strong attention to detail
