Role Overview

This highly structured annotation role involves reviewing dermatology images, identifying skin conditions, and labeling dermatological attributes with precision. You will apply strong clinical judgment to support the development of reliable, medically accurate AI systems.

What You'll Do

• Review and analyze dermatology images for AI training datasets
• Identify and label skin conditions and relevant dermatological features
• Draw precise bounding boxes around lesions following defined medical-grade standards
• Ensure accurate diagnosis ordering and attribute tagging
• Maintain consistency and quality across large volumes of images

Required Qualifications

• MD or DNB in Dermatology
• 5+ years of post-residency clinical experience
• Strong attention to detail and ability to interpret dermatological features accurately
• Comfort working with sensitive or graphic medical images
• Ability to follow structured medical annotation guidelines precisely
• Consistent, high-quality output under productivity expectations

Performance Expectations

• High labeling accuracy with minimal over-boxing
• Strict adherence to bounding box and annotation standards
• Correct diagnosis prioritization and consistent daily productivity
