Experienced physicians who are native or fluent in Mandarin Chinese are needed to help train and evaluate AI agents on realistic professional tasks. The work is based on real medical practice in mainland China.
What you'll do
- Build workspaces and files for AI training tasks
- Write prompts based on real medical work as it is done in mainland China
- Create grading rubrics to evaluate AI agents on professional tasks
Requirements
- 5+ years of clinical practice
- Native or fluent in Mandarin Chinese
- Degree from a top-20 university in mainland China
- Hold the PRC Medical Practitioner Qualification Certificate
- Familiar with Chinese clinical guidelines and hospital practice
Pay and schedule
- $120/hr, hourly
- About 21 hours per week
- Pilot runs Oct 23 to Nov 19
- Fully remote
