Medical Fellow - AI Medical Reasoning | $130/hr | Remote in US

Mercor is seeking clinical fellows across any specialty (except radiology) for an exciting project with one of the world's top AI labs. This unique opportunity focuses on medical reasoning related to lab data analysis, where you'll help shape the future of AI in healthcare.

What You'll Do:

• Collaborate with research teams at a leading AI laboratory
• Apply your medical expertise to evaluate, refine, and stress-test AI systems
• Create diagnostic cases and develop scoring rubrics for AI response evaluation
• Work in a professional, structured environment with cutting-edge technology

Requirements:

• Currently enrolled in a U.S. based Fellowship program (any specialty except Radiology)
• Hold a U.S. based MD or DO degree
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Exceptional attention to detail and analytical thinking
• Comfortable working remotely and asynchronously
• Interest in advancing AI applications in medicine and healthcare

Project Details:

• Fully remote and asynchronous work environment
• Expected commitment: 20-40 hours per week
• Minimum 3-month duration with potential for extension
• Compensation: $130/hour, paid weekly via Stripe Connect
