We are seeking ASCP-certified Medical Laboratory Scientists to develop rigorous lab medicine scenarios used by frontier AI labs to evaluate and improve model judgment in medical contexts. This is a fully remote, asynchronous role with weekly pay.

What You'll Do

• Design and document complex, real-world laboratory medicine scenarios that test AI model reasoning and decision-making
• Apply deep clinical knowledge across departments such as hematology, chemistry, microbiology, or blood bank
• Clearly articulate analytical reasoning in written English to ensure scenarios are accurate, nuanced, and instructive
• Collaborate asynchronously with a team dedicated to advancing responsible AI in healthcare

Required Qualifications

• MLS(ASCP) certification or equivalent (e.g., AMT MT)
• Minimum 2 years of clinical laboratory experience
• Demonstrated depth in at least one laboratory department: hematology, chemistry, microbiology, or blood bank
• Strong written English communication skills for documenting analytical reasoning
• Ability to commit a minimum of 10 hours per week
