We are seeking ASCP-certified Medical Laboratory Scientists to develop rigorous lab medicine scenarios used by frontier AI labs to evaluate and improve model judgment in medical contexts. This is a fully remote, asynchronous role with weekly pay.
What You'll Do
- Design and document complex, real-world laboratory medicine scenarios that test AI model reasoning and decision-making
- Apply deep clinical knowledge across departments such as hematology, chemistry, microbiology, or blood bank
- Clearly articulate analytical reasoning in written English to ensure scenarios are accurate, nuanced, and instructive
- Collaborate asynchronously with a team dedicated to advancing responsible AI in healthcare
Required Qualifications
- MLS(ASCP) certification or equivalent (e.g., AMT MT)
- Minimum 2 years of clinical laboratory experience
- Demonstrated depth in at least one laboratory department: hematology, chemistry, microbiology, or blood bank
- Strong written English communication skills for documenting analytical reasoning
- Ability to commit a minimum of 10 hours per week
Compensation & Details
- Rate: $65–$95/hr (based on experience)
