AfterQuery is seeking experienced Medical Doctors to help shape the future of AI in healthcare. In this flexible, fully remote role, you will design and evaluate complex medical scenarios used to train cutting-edge AI systems — bringing real-world clinical insight to the forefront of artificial intelligence development.

What You'll Do

• Craft detailed clinical case studies and decision-making challenges that reflect real-world medical dilemmas.
• Evaluate AI-generated medical content for accuracy, nuance, and clinical relevance.
• Ensure AI models reflect up-to-date medical knowledge, empathy, and sound clinical reasoning.
• Collaborate with AfterQuery's AI development team to refine training datasets and evaluation frameworks.

Required Qualifications

• Enrolled in or completed a Medical Doctor (MD) degree from an accredited institution, with current licensure in a recognized jurisdiction.
• Proven clinical or academic experience demonstrating expertise in modern medical practices and healthcare delivery.
• Exceptional analytical, written, and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex medical scenarios clearly and concisely.
