Mercor is seeking experienced medical office supervisors to support a leading AI lab in advancing next-generation machine learning systems. This unique engagement allows you to leverage your healthcare administrative expertise to create realistic scenarios and validate AI responses—all while working remotely on your own schedule.

Key Responsibilities

• Write tasks and scenarios reflecting real-world office and administrative supervision in healthcare settings
• Create realistic situations involving medical office coordination, patient scheduling, billing and insurance processing, and healthcare documentation
• Develop scenarios for supervising front desk staff, medical records personnel, patient registration, and HIPAA compliance handling
• Review and evaluate AI responses to healthcare administrative supervision queries for accuracy and professional standards
• Provide detailed feedback on healthcare office management scenarios to improve AI training

Ideal Qualifications

• 4+ years professional experience as a first-line supervisor of office and administrative support workers in healthcare and social assistance (14 years preferred)
• Demonstrated professional recognition and management responsibilities
• Proficient with computers and navigating various software systems
• Excellent written communication with strong grammar and spelling skills
• Pass video interview, background check, training, and qualification quiz

Engagement Details

• Fully remote and asynchronous—complete work on your own schedule
• Expected workload: 20+ hours per week, with flexibility to scale up to 40 hours
• Project duration: approximately 6 weeks, starting immediately
• Independent contractor engagement with weekly payments via Stripe Connect
