Mercor is seeking certified Physician’s Associates in the UK to contribute to research and clinical annotation projects with leading AI labs. Use your clinical knowledge and strong research skills to benchmark and improve AI models designed for healthcare applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Apply clinical expertise to annotate, review, and validate medical data and AI model outputs

• Translate complex medical topics into accessible, plain language for diverse audiences

• Collaborate on research projects aimed at enhancing AI accuracy and healthcare relevance

• Provide detailed written feedback on AI performance in real-world clinical scenarios

Ideal Qualifications

• Certified Physician’s Associate (P.A.) degree from a top UK university

• Based in the UK and eligible to work as an independent contractor

• Strong written communication and medical research skills

• Able to explain medical concepts clearly and accurately

Job Details

• Remote and asynchronous; work on your own schedule

• Most projects are part-time (15-20 hours per week)

• Hourly contractor classification, paid weekly via Stripe Connect

• Compensation commensurate with degree and experience ($160/hour)
