Medical Research Evaluator | $40–$60/hr | Remote | Part-Time

Mercor is partnering with a leading AI research lab to find expert evaluators in the Healthcare and Medical Research domain. In this role, you will assess AI-generated research reports covering clinical trials, patient records, lab results, drug interactions, and medical study comparisons — playing a direct role in improving AI accuracy and reliability in healthcare contexts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Evaluate agent-generated research reports for accuracy, relevance, data integrity, and clarity
  • Assess insights derived from clinical trials, laboratory results, and comparative medical studies
  • Verify drug interaction data, treatment outcomes, and statistical claims using reputable medical and scientific sources
  • Identify inconsistencies in research methodologies, medical reporting, and healthcare data interpretation
  • Complete evaluations independently within assigned deadlines while maintaining high consistency and precision

Who We're Looking For

Ideal candidates will have a background in Healthcare, Medicine, Clinical Research, Biomedical Sciences, Public Health, or a related field, along with:

  • 2–3 years of professional experience in clinical research, healthcare analysis, or medical documentation
  • Experience interpreting clinical trial data, study endpoints, and research outcomes
  • Familiarity with patient records, medical documentation standards, and healthcare data systems
  • Hands-on exposure to laboratory test results, diagnostic data, or biomarker analysis
  • Experience reviewing drug interaction tables, pharmacological data, or treatment comparisons
  • Ability to evaluate research methodologies and assess evidence quality
  • Strong understanding of medical terminology and healthcare compliance standards
  • Excellent written communication and analytical skills
  • Comfort working independently and asynchronously

Education

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Medicine, Nursing, Biomedical Sciences, Public Health, Clinical Research, Pharmacy, or a related field.

  • Schedule: Part-time, 20–40 hours/week with flexible scheduling
