What You'll Do

• Design and solve advanced medical problems, from diagnostic scenarios to complex clinical case reviews
• Evaluate AI-generated responses for accuracy, depth of reasoning, and clarity
• Identify knowledge gaps and edge cases, proposing improvements to strengthen model performance
• Collaborate with AI researchers and fellow medical experts to shape training methods, evaluation strategies, and benchmarks
• Provide structured feedback that guides the development of next-generation medical AI

Requirements

• MD, DO, Doctoral degree, or PhD in a medical field
• Attending physicians are welcome to apply
• Minimum 1 year of clinical practice experience (any country)
• Preferred backgrounds: Internal Medicine, Primary Care, Pediatrics, Surgery, Anesthesia, or Diagnostic Specialties
• Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively with technical research teams

Engagement Details

• Commitment: Flexible, remote — up to 30 hours/week
• Duration: 1 month, with potential extensions based on performance and fit
