Join Mercor as a Mentor & Support Engineer and play a pivotal role in supporting a leading AI startup. This contractor position offers the opportunity to guide developers, enhance operational workflows, and deliver exceptional customer experiences—all in a fully remote, flexible environment.

• Mentorship & Engineering Support: Collaborate with AI researchers and software engineers, providing mentorship and operational support to help the team scale effectively.
• Customer Success & Technical Support: Interface directly with customers to ensure smooth onboarding, troubleshoot technical issues, and resolve queries efficiently.
• Workflow Ownership: Take charge of improving and maintaining the MCP marketplace, ensuring seamless processes for both internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of software engineering experience
• Background in technical or customer support roles
• Excellent written and spoken English communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
• Passion for AI, developer tools, and customer success
