M&A Attorney | $140–$400/hr | Worldwide Remote

We are seeking a highly experienced Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) Attorney to join our legal team on a contract basis. This is a fully remote opportunity ideal for a seasoned legal professional with deep expertise in corporate transactions, private equity, and complex deal structures.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and advise on mergers, acquisitions, and corporate restructuring transactions
• Draft, review, and negotiate transaction documents including purchase agreements, term sheets, and due diligence materials
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams across legal, finance, and business functions
• Conduct thorough legal research and provide strategic counsel on corporate law matters
• Support litigation-related aspects of M&A transactions where applicable
• Ensure quality assurance across all legal deliverables and documentation
• Operate effectively in a remote collaboration environment with distributed teams

Required Skills & Experience

• Proven expertise in Mergers & Acquisitions and Corporate Law
• Experience working with private equity clients and transactions
• Strong background in litigation support and legal research
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams and deadlines independently
• Comfortable working in a fully remote, fast-paced environment

This is a contractor engagement offering a competitive hourly rate between $140 and $400, commensurate with experience and scope of work.
