MICRO1 is seeking experienced Military and Veteran Mental Health Experts to contribute clinical knowledge and expertise to research and content development projects. This is a flexible contractor role ideal for licensed professionals with a deep background in trauma, PTSD, and veteran-focused care.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate and analyze clinical cases related to military and veteran mental health
• Develop and review clinical content with accuracy and cultural sensitivity
• Conduct trauma and PTSD assessments and provide therapeutic intervention insights
• Collaborate virtually with cross-functional teams on research and documentation
• Produce clear, well-structured reports and documentation
• Apply cultural competence when working with diverse veteran populations

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Background in clinical psychology or psychiatry with a focus on military/veteran populations
• Expertise in trauma and PTSD assessment and therapeutic intervention
• Strong clinical content development capabilities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• High attention to detail and adaptability in a remote work environment
• Proficiency in virtual collaboration tools
• Bonus: Proficiency in one or more foreign languages (e.g., Japanese, French, Tagalog)

Compensation: $100–$300/hr, depending on experience and scope of work.
