Military Writing Specialist | $40–60/hr | Worldwide Remote

We are seeking a skilled Military Writing Specialist to support federal documentation efforts, report generation, and compliance writing within a Department of Defense context. This is a fully remote contractor role ideal for professionals with a strong background in military writing standards and federal documentation practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Produce and evaluate high-quality military and federal documentation in accordance with DoD standards
• Develop grading rubrics and assessment frameworks for written materials
• Generate detailed reports and ensure compliance with federal documentation requirements
• Collaborate effectively with remote teams across departments
• Apply compliance best practices to all written deliverables
• Communicate findings and recommendations clearly, both in writing and verbally

Required Skills & Experience

• Demonstrated expertise in military writing and federal documentation standards
• Familiarity with Department of Defense procedures and compliance frameworks
• Experience in report generation, evaluation, and grading rubric development
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote environment

This is a contractor engagement offering competitive hourly compensation between $40 and $60 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.
