Military Writing Specialist | $40–80/hr | Worldwide Remote

We are seeking an experienced Military Writing Specialist to support federal documentation efforts, produce high-quality reports, and ensure compliance with Department of Defense (DoD) writing standards. This is a fully remote contractor role ideal for professionals with a strong background in military or federal documentation.

Key Responsibilities

• Produce and evaluate written reports in accordance with federal and DoD documentation standards
• Develop grading rubrics and assessment frameworks for written materials
• Ensure all documentation meets compliance best practices and regulatory requirements
• Collaborate effectively with remote teams across departments
• Provide both written and verbal communication support as needed

Required Skills & Experience

• Military writing expertise with a deep understanding of DoD procedures
• Proficiency in federal documentation standards and report generation
• Experience developing grading rubrics and evaluation criteria
