Compensation: $50–$80 / hr (paid at $250 USD per finished hour of audio)

Mercor is partnering with a leading AI research lab to hire bilingual voice actors for a short-term recording project. You’ll help improve the AI’s ability to understand and generate natural speech in multiple languages—no formal voice-acting resume required!

What You’ll Do

• Record clear, high-quality voiceovers from provided scripts in your native language

• Join brief, live sessions for direction and quality checks

• Submit edited audio files according to project guidelines

Who You Are

• Native speaker of one of the following:
  Bulgarian, Cantonese, Catalan, Mandarin Chinese, Croatian, Czech, Danish, Dutch, Finnish, French, Galician, German, Greek, Hebrew, Hungarian, Italian, Korean, Latvian, Norwegian, Persian, Polish, Portuguese, Romanian, Serbian, Slovak, Swedish, Thai, Turkish, Ukrainian, or Vietnamese

• Fluent in English (to follow instructions and feedback)

• Comfortable with audio work—background in music, podcasting, radio, streaming, YouTube, or TV is a plus, but not required

Project Logistics

• Duration: ~1–2 weeks from your start date

• Commitment: 20–40 hours per week

• Rate: $250 USD per finished hour of audio (equates to roughly $50–$80/hr)

  – Soundproofing & pop filter
  – Editing software for post-production

• Reliable internet and availability for scheduled live sessions
