Music Audio Expert - Indonesian at Mercor

Mercor is partnering with a leading AI lab to hire experienced musicians and audio professionals to evaluate generative musical AI models. This is a part-time, remote opportunity for bilingual Indonesian-English music experts to contribute to cutting-edge AI development.
Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate AI-generated lyrics, voice output, and overall audio quality
- Score and assess the quality of musical training data
- Apply expertise in music writing within the Indonesian language domain
- Follow and interpret project directions provided in English
Ideal Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience as a music producer, audio engineer, and/or sound mixer
- Strong understanding of musical performance, theory, and lyric writing
- College degree in music (performance, theory, and/or lyrics preferred)
- Demonstrated experience writing lyrical music in Indonesian
- Native or near-native proficiency in both Indonesian and English
Project Details
- Start Date: Immediate
- Duration: Up to 6 months
- Commitment: Part-time, 10+ hours per week
