Music Audio Expert - Italian at Mercor

Music Audio Expert (Italian) | $26/hr | Worldwide Remote

Mercor is seeking experienced Italian-speaking musicians and audio professionals to evaluate generative AI music models in collaboration with a leading AI research lab. This is a part-time, remote contract role ideal for music producers, audio engineers, or sound mixers with a strong background in Italian-language music.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate AI-generated lyrics, voice outputs, and overall audio quality
• Score and assess the quality of musical training data
• Apply expertise in Italian-language music composition and performance
• Follow project directions provided in English

Ideal Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a music producer, audio engineer, and/or sound mixer
• Strong understanding of musical performance, theory, and lyric writing
• College degree in music (performance, theory, or related field) preferred
• Demonstrated experience writing lyrical music in Italian
• Native or near-native proficiency in both Italian and English

Project Details

• Start Date: Immediate
• Duration: Up to 6 months
• Commitment: Part-time, 10+ hours per week
