Music Audio Expert - Italian at Mercor

Mercor is seeking experienced Italian-speaking musicians and audio professionals to evaluate generative AI music models in collaboration with a leading AI research lab. This is a part-time, remote contract role ideal for music producers, audio engineers, or sound mixers with a strong background in Italian-language music.
Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate AI-generated lyrics, voice outputs, and overall audio quality
- Score and assess the quality of musical training data
- Apply expertise in Italian-language music composition and performance
- Follow project directions provided in English
Ideal Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience as a music producer, audio engineer, and/or sound mixer
- Strong understanding of musical performance, theory, and lyric writing
- College degree in music (performance, theory, or related field) preferred
- Demonstrated experience writing lyrical music in Italian
- Native or near-native proficiency in both Italian and English
Project Details
- Start Date: Immediate
- Duration: Up to 6 months
- Commitment: Part-time, 10+ hours per week
