About the Role

Over the next 2–3 weeks, you will work asynchronously on assigned projects at the intersection of ML and network science. Expect a commitment of 10–20 hours per week for projects you accept. Work spans social, biological, infrastructure, and information networks — offering meaningful research exposure and strong portfolio value.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and evaluate machine learning models applied to complex networks
• Conduct graph representation learning and network analysis tasks
• Apply expertise in network dynamics, graph theory, and complex systems
• Deliver independent, high-quality research and engineering outputs

Required Qualifications

• At least one first-author publication in a peer-reviewed venue (e.g., NeurIPS, ICML, ICLR, WWW, KDD, or equivalent)
• Master's or PhD in Computer Science, Applied Mathematics, Physics, Statistics, or a related quantitative field
• Demonstrated expertise in both machine learning and network science
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently
