Key Responsibilities

• Collect and contribute to speech data in support of AI training workflows
• Transcribe and annotate audio recordings with high accuracy
• Evaluate language and audio quality to ensure data integrity
• Apply phonetic and pronunciation knowledge to improve AI model performance
• Collaborate on generalist language tasks as needed across projects

Required Skills

• Native or near-native proficiency in Norwegian
• Familiarity with speech data collection and AI workflows
• Strong attention to detail in quality evaluation tasks
• Experience with audio transcription and annotation
• Awareness of phonetics and pronunciation standards in Norwegian
