Notary Public Expert at AfterQuery

Notary Public Expert | $35–60/hr | Remote (US) | Async Contract

We are seeking commissioned Notaries Public to help build the notarization and document execution scenarios that frontier AI labs rely on to evaluate and test model judgment. This is a flexible, fully remote, asynchronous contract role with weekly pay.

In this role, you will design and document realistic notarization scenarios — drawing on your hands-on experience with acknowledgments, jurats, oaths, and identification requirements — to help AI systems better understand the nuances of notarial practice and legal procedure.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and document notarization and document execution scenarios for AI model testing
• Apply deep knowledge of notarial acts including acknowledgments, jurats, oaths, and ID verification
• Clearly articulate procedural reasoning in written English for use in AI training datasets
• Commit a minimum of 10 hours per week to project deliverables

Required Qualifications

• Active notary public commission in at least one US state
• 2+ years of active notarial practice
• Strong working knowledge of acknowledgments, jurats, oaths, and identification requirements
• Excellent written English communication skills for documenting procedural reasoning
• Ability to work independently in an asynchronous environment

This is a paid weekly contractor engagement. Work is fully remote and asynchronous, offering flexibility to fit around your existing schedule.
