We're seeking nuclear engineering professionals with deep expertise in reactor physics, radiation transport, nuclear fuel cycle analysis, thermal hydraulics, reactor safety, nuclear materials, radiation shielding, and nuclear instrumentation. You will engage advanced AI models on complex topics such as neutron moderation, reactor core design, radiation detection methods, nuclear waste management, probabilistic risk assessment, and nuclear system modeling. Your critical evaluations and detailed documentation of AI responses will help refine and strengthen model accuracy and logical reasoning.
Daily Responsibilities:
Engage in detailed discussions with AI models regarding reactor operations and theoretical nuclear engineering scenarios.
Verify factual accuracy and assess logical coherence of model outputs.
Document precise and reproducible error traces.
Provide actionable recommendations to enhance prompt engineering strategies and evaluation metrics.
Qualifications:
Master’s or PhD in nuclear engineering or a closely related discipline.
Demonstrated expertise through peer-reviewed publications, hands-on reactor research experience, nuclear facility operations, or computational modeling projects.
Exceptional clarity in technical communication, with the ability to transparently "show your work" and thought processes.
Compensation and Details:
Hourly compensation ranges from $8 to $65, dependent upon experience, expertise, and location.
Contract-based remote role: Contractors must provide their own secure computer and high-speed internet access.
