Nuclear Power Reactor Operator (Utilities - AI Training)
Job Type: Hourly Contract (Remote)
Pay: $70–$120 per hour (USD), based on professional experience and geographic location

About the Role:
Mercor is recruiting experienced Nuclear Power Reactor Operators from the Utilities sector to participate in a research project with a top AI company. You will leverage your professional expertise to design relevant, practical questions and scenarios that will help train AI models.
Role Details:
Flexible, asynchronous schedule—work on your own time.
Minimum commitment: 15 hours per week.
Project duration: Approximately 3–4 weeks.
Desktop or laptop computer required (Chromebooks not accepted).
Ideal Qualifications:
4+ years full-time professional experience as a Nuclear Power Reactor Operator in the Utilities sector.
Based in the US, UK, or Canada.
Strong ability to translate professional experience into clear, structured scenarios for AI training.
Compensation & Legal Details:
Competitive, market-based hourly compensation.
Weekly payments via Stripe Connect.
You will be legally classified as an "at-will" contractor.
