Mercor is seeking experienced Nurse Practitioners to evaluate and improve cutting-edge AI systems used in clinical settings. This is a flexible, part-time remote opportunity ideal for advanced practice nurses who want to apply their clinical expertise in an innovative, technology-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate AI-generated clinical assessments, treatment plans, patient education materials, and other healthcare content for accuracy and quality.
- Conduct head-to-head comparisons of AI-generated responses based on clinical reasoning, guideline adherence, and diagnostic soundness.
- Review complex clinical scenarios involving diagnosis, treatment planning, medication decisions, and patient education, then provide structured expert feedback.
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience as a Nurse Practitioner (NP), APRN, FNP, ACNP, PNP, or closely related advanced practice nursing role.
- Active RN licensure with graduate-level nursing education and hands-on experience diagnosing and treating acute, episodic, or chronic conditions.
- Availability to commit 20+ hours per week.
- Strong written English communication skills.
Project Details
- Start Date: Immediate
- Duration: Approximately 4–6 weeks
- Compensation: Task-based initially; experts who complete their first task within the required timeline qualify for hourly pay for the remainder of the project.
