Nurse Practitioner – AI Clinical Evaluator | $70–110/hr | Worldwide Remote

Mercor is seeking experienced Nurse Practitioners to evaluate and improve cutting-edge AI systems used in clinical settings. This is a flexible, part-time remote opportunity ideal for advanced practice nurses who want to apply their clinical expertise in an innovative, technology-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate AI-generated clinical assessments, treatment plans, patient education materials, and other healthcare content for accuracy and quality.
• Conduct head-to-head comparisons of AI-generated responses based on clinical reasoning, guideline adherence, and diagnostic soundness.
• Review complex clinical scenarios involving diagnosis, treatment planning, medication decisions, and patient education, then provide structured expert feedback.

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience as a Nurse Practitioner (NP), APRN, FNP, ACNP, PNP, or closely related advanced practice nursing role.
• Active RN licensure with graduate-level nursing education and hands-on experience diagnosing and treating acute, episodic, or chronic conditions.
• Availability to commit 20+ hours per week.
• Strong written English communication skills.
