Nurse Practitioner Expert | $80–125/hr | Remote (US) | Async Contract

AFTERQUERY is seeking board-certified Nurse Practitioners to help shape the future of clinical AI. In this role, you will write and grade clinical reasoning scenarios used by frontier AI labs to evaluate model judgment in real-world medical contexts. Work is fully remote, asynchronous, and paid weekly.

What You'll Do

• Develop realistic clinical reasoning scenarios that test AI model judgment across common patient presentations
• Grade and evaluate AI-generated clinical responses for accuracy, safety, and reasoning quality
• Document your clinical thought process clearly and concisely in written English
• Commit a minimum of 10 hours per week on a flexible, async schedule

Requirements

• Active, unencumbered US Nurse Practitioner license with national board certification (AANP or ANCC)
• 2+ years of post-certification clinical practice
• Current or recent prescriptive practice experience across common clinical presentations
• Strong written English communication skills for documenting clinical reasoning
• Ability to commit at least 10 hours per week

Compensation & Details

• Rate: $80–$125/hr depending on experience
