AFTERQUERY is seeking board-certified Nurse Practitioners to develop and evaluate clinical scenarios used by frontier AI labs to assess model judgment and reasoning in healthcare contexts.

This is a fully remote, asynchronous contract role — work on your own schedule with weekly pay.

What You'll Do

• Design and document realistic clinical scenarios that challenge and evaluate AI model decision-making
• Apply your specialty knowledge to ensure scenarios reflect accurate, nuanced clinical reasoning
• Provide clear, well-written documentation of clinical thought processes and rationale
• Collaborate asynchronously with a team building responsible, medically-informed AI systems

Required Qualifications

• Active NP license with national board certification (AANP or ANCC)
• 2+ years of clinical practice following certification
• Specialty depth in one or more of: Family, Acute Care, Psychiatry, or Adult-Gerontology
• Strong written English communication skills for documenting clinical reasoning
• Availability to commit a minimum of 10 hours per week

Compensation & Details

• Rate: $80–$125/hr (based on experience and specialty)
