AFTERQUERY is seeking board-certified Nurse Practitioners to develop and evaluate clinical scenarios used by frontier AI labs to assess model judgment and reasoning in healthcare contexts.
This is a fully remote, asynchronous contract role — work on your own schedule with weekly pay.
What You'll Do
- Design and document realistic clinical scenarios that challenge and evaluate AI model decision-making
- Apply your specialty knowledge to ensure scenarios reflect accurate, nuanced clinical reasoning
- Provide clear, well-written documentation of clinical thought processes and rationale
- Collaborate asynchronously with a team building responsible, medically-informed AI systems
Required Qualifications
- Active NP license with national board certification (AANP or ANCC)
- 2+ years of clinical practice following certification
- Specialty depth in one or more of: Family, Acute Care, Psychiatry, or Adult-Gerontology
- Strong written English communication skills for documenting clinical reasoning
- Availability to commit a minimum of 10 hours per week
Compensation & Details
- Rate: $80–$125/hr (based on experience and specialty)
- Schedule: Fully asynchronous — work when it suits you
