AfterQuery is looking for experienced Registered Nurses to help shape the future of healthcare AI. In this flexible, fully remote contractor role, you will design and evaluate clinical scenarios used to train advanced AI models — ensuring they can reason through complex nursing situations with real-world accuracy and clinical precision.

What You'll Do

• Create and refine healthcare reasoning challenges for AI training modules.
• Design realistic clinical scenarios that test the AI's ability to interpret and apply nursing principles across a range of specialties.
• Evaluate AI-generated responses for clinical accuracy, logical reasoning, and practical applicability.
• Help bridge the gap between rigorous nursing practice and cutting-edge AI development.

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing.
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or higher from an accredited program.
• Proven experience in clinical practice, nursing education, or healthcare research.
• Strong understanding of multiple nursing specialties.
• Exceptional analytical, written, and verbal communication skills with a keen attention to detail.
