• Guide research teams to enhance AI model performance in Obstetrics and Gynecology by closing knowledge gaps.
• Develop and maintain annotation standards to ensure accuracy and rigor in medical data.
• Create guidelines and evaluation rubrics for assessing medical reasoning and task quality.
• Design challenging, domain-relevant tasks and provide well-structured solutions to complex medical problems.
• Evaluate medical tasks and solutions, offering clear, actionable feedback.
• Collaborate with other SMEs to ensure data consistency and excellence.

Requirements:

• Currently residing in the US, UK, or Canada.
• MD or DO from a reputable medical school.
• 2+ years of clinical experience in Obstetrics and Gynecology at a top-tier institution.
