Mercor is recruiting experienced Occupational Therapists to contribute to an exciting AI research project for one of the world's leading technology companies. Use your professional expertise to design occupation-specific questions and help shape the future of AI.

What You'll Do:

• Apply your clinical knowledge to develop questions related to occupational therapy practice
• Contribute to cutting-edge AI research and development
• Work flexibly on your own schedule (minimum 15 hours per week)

Requirements:

• 4+ years of full-time work experience as an Occupational Therapist
• Must be based in the United States, United Kingdom, or Canada
• Access to a desktop or laptop computer (Chromebooks not supported)
• Ability to commit at least 15 hours per week

Compensation & Duration:

• Competitive hourly rates based on your experience and location ($75-120/hr for US-based applicants; rates vary by region)
• Project expected to run through mid-2026 and potentially longer
• Flexible, remote work arrangement
