Occupational Therapist Expert | $70–$105/hr | Remote (US) | Contractor

AFTERQUERY is seeking licensed Occupational Therapists to help shape the future of artificial intelligence. In this role, you will design and document functional and daily living scenarios used by frontier AI labs to evaluate model judgment and clinical reasoning. Work is fully remote, asynchronous, and compensated weekly.

What You'll Do

• Develop realistic functional and daily living scenarios that test AI model decision-making
• Apply clinical expertise in daily living assessment, adaptive equipment, and functional goal setting
• Document clinical reasoning clearly and thoroughly in written English
• Contribute a minimum of 10 hours per week on a flexible, async schedule

Requirements

• OTR/L credential with active NBCOT certification
• Active, unencumbered occupational therapy license in the United States
• 2+ years of clinical practice experience
• Strong depth in ADL/IADL assessment, adaptive equipment, and functional goal setting
• Excellent written English communication skills for documenting clinical reasoning
• Ability to commit at least 10 hours per week

• Rate: $70–$105/hr based on experience
