Operations Associate – File Monitoring & Processing | $28/hr | Worldwide Remote

Mercor is recruiting on behalf of a leading AI research organisation seeking a highly reliable Operations Associate to support a high-volume document processing workflow. This is a process-driven, long-term engagement ideal for someone who thrives on consistency, precision, and structured operational tasks.

Responsibilities

• Monitor a designated internal platform throughout the day for newly uploaded file attachments.
• Download and organise files into the correct folders within a shared Dropbox environment.
• Verify successful file transfers and ensure accessibility for relevant stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate file organisation and consistent naming conventions.
• Escalate missing files, upload issues, or process exceptions as needed.
• Follow documented workflows and operational procedures with high accuracy and reliability.

Requirements

• Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
• Comfortable working with cloud storage platforms such as Dropbox, Google Drive, or OneDrive.
• Ability to perform repetitive operational tasks accurately and consistently over extended periods.
• Reliable internet connection with availability for extended daily coverage.
• Strong written communication skills.
• Prior experience in operations, administration, data processing, or back-office roles is preferred.

• Schedule: 8–10 hours per day, 7 days per week preferred
